Approve requisition for food supplies and general supplies

Maintain the cleanliness and working condition in the outlet.

Confirm guest satisfaction.
Handle guest complains.

Conduct staff training

Implement promotion action plan

Maintain restaurant’s standards of service.
Make sure of quality of buffet set-up
Control reservation book

Handle VIP guests

Check accuracy of staff time sheet.

Maintain the staff grooming
Check Daily F & B Sales report in the logbook
Prepare P&L presentation to DFB
Set Monthly Goals and Objective
Perform Job List of Supervisor and Waiter when necessary
Friendliness to the guest
